In our sessions, we will explore the questions that matter to you, at a pace that honors your voice, your readiness, and your values.
I draw from Internal Family Systems and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I find that these approaches invite us to listen more deeply to the many parts of ourselves, rather than trying to silence or "fix" our thoughts. ACT complements this by helping you stay present while anchoring to the values that matter most to you.
What matters most to me is that you feel seen, safe, and supported. I show up with curiosity, not judgment, because I believe that all behavior makes sense when we understand the story behind it. In our work together, I’ll listen closely, reflect, and sit with you through the hard stuff.
