My specialties include chronic pain, life transitions, woman's issues, attachment & relational issues, children & adolescent, body image and parenting. I offer an environment where clients can feel comfortable and empowered in sessions. The tools that I'll provide you with are tools that I have been perfecting over my career helping people just like you. I use various therapeutic approaches depending on my clients needs and personality. Therapy is not one size fits all! I aim to find an approach that best serves the uniqueness of each clients needs.
In all my work, I aim to provide a safe, warm and healing space for clients, and I would be failing at my job if we didn’t share laughs along the way. Ultimately, I believe that with proper support, education, and empowerment, change and healing are inevitable.
