I am a first-generation Mexican-American Licensed Psychotherapist. I am passionate about mental health and helping others. If you’re feeling alone, misunderstood, or like a burden to those around you, I am here to hold space for you. Sometimes life can feel dark, stagnant, or not what we expected it to be, and a simple, "it gets better, hang in there," isn't helpful. I can help you process any emotions, gain a different perspective, and develop tools to help life feel meaningful again. Healing takes time, space, and help from those around us.
I have worked in the mental health field for a decade now, and have been a therapist for almost 5 years. I have experience in trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and life transitions using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).
