I have worked in the mental health field for a decade now and a therapist for almost 5 years. I have experience in trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, life transitions using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), I adapt my methods to support you in your journey towards healing.
