Hello, My name is Joanna and I am accepting new clients in Oregon. I specialize in using Internal Family Systems, where together we will unravel the ball of tangled yarn with gentleness; and rather than ‘figuring it out,’ all is illuminated naturally, with grace and ease. In our sessions together, I might also draw upon complimentary approaches such as cognitive behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy and others when appropriate. My experience includes working with folks of all ages; especially young and middle adults.
