I am Harvard trained in mindfulness and have extensive training in using empirically supported treatments, such as CBT, DBT, & EMDR. My approach focuses on using proven techniques while catering to your unique situation. The aim is to utilize my background and skills in combination with a supportive atmosphere to help you to evoke positive change.
