About
Hello! My name is Joanna D'Agosta, a New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I consistently aim to work diligently and compassionately with adults, adolescents and children while helping them achieve their desired levels of daily productivity. Largely utilizing Cognitive Behavioral and Supportive Therapy strategies, I attempt to help my clients reduce the intensity, frequency and duration of potential mood instability, depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma/PTSD, grief/loss, domestic violence/abuse and specified interpersonal and behavioral conflicts. I interact with clients through an effective client-centered thought-coaching philosophy that promotes respect and dignity throughout the therapeutic process.
