I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in California serving clients remotely at this time. I have over 7+ years of experience working as a Social Work case manager and/or therapist. I have worked with a variety of clients dealing with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions/changes, relationship issues, parenting issues, career challenges, and the overall impact health and mental health have on someone’s life.
I take a solution focused and client based therapy approach to support the needs of my clients. I am trained in grief counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy focused on motivational interviewing, I focus on strength base and person centered approaches. I truly respect treating someone with genuine kindness and providing empathy to a shared relationship.
