I work from a strength and client-based perspective. In addition to working from a psychodynamic and psychoanalytic approach, I use CBT, EMDR techniques, and encourage clients to use their own spiritual beliefs and values in working with their relationship, wellness and adjustment issues. I value clients who are willing to be genuine and to work towards their own goals in their personal journey and relationships.

I work from an eclectic philosophy, where I incorporate many different forms of therapy including psychoanalytic/ psychodynamic, as well as humanistic and cognitive approaches. Due to the Covid-19 crisis, as online sessions are difficult for young children, in person and parent counseling is encouraged.

As Covid-19 has asked much of children and families, and all, in re-adjusting our lives, I offer compassionate support to individuals of all ages.
