I work with adults and couples who are experiencing relationship insecurity and emotional instability, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, life transitions, or trauma-related symptoms. My approach is based on the needs and strengths of each client. Collaboratively, we identify your repetitive thoughts and behaviors, and find their roots. I provide genuine compassion and insight to facilitate clients’ healing and uncover their subconscious parts (blind spots) that often cause maladaptive behaviors. Clients will establish healthy behavior and relationships and will regulate their emotions at ease.
With Internal Family Systems, clients will become more aware of inner parts of themselves (e.g., protective, self-sabotaging, traumatized) that show up in their daily lives and develop insight into the motivations of these parts. Through this insight and empathy for the parts, clients feel greater harmony in their system and empowerment over these forces.
While working with couples, I use the Gottman Method and help couples move from gridlock to dialogue, uncover the roots of their perpetual issues, and improve their communication. I foster a collaborative alliance with my clients, invite them to state their preferences and be a part of their healing experience in safe and non-judgmental space.

Groups
Mold, CIRS and MCAS
This virtual support group is for adults navigating mold-related illness, CIRS, and/or Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS). Participants are invited to share experiences, coping strategies, and resources in a compassionate, validating environment. Living with complex, chronic inflammatory conditions can be isolating and overwhelming; group support can reduce isolation and foster emotional resilience during treatment and recovery. The group is led by a licensed therapist with both professional expertise and personal experience with mold-related illness, offering an informed and empathetic approach. Meetings are held virtually every other week for 90 minutes in the evening. The specific meeting day TBD. $60 per group session.
