My name is JoAnn Treece and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 25+ years of helping people. I'm passionate about empowering clients to feel "better". I focus on working with adults but would consider older teens.
I use an integrative approach to therapy typically using tools from a Client-Centered approach and Cognitive-Behavioral therapy. I believe in providing you a caring, respectful therapeutic relationship where I partner with you to identify things keeping you from feeling content, successful and satisfied in your life.
