My ideal client is a thoughtful, self-aware adult navigating a difficult season of life who wants more than just symptom relief. They want clarity, insight, and meaningful change. They may be facing a major life transition, grief or loss, relationship strain, retirement ambiguity, work stress / burnout, imposter syndrome, questions about identity or purpose, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.
They are often people who have spent much of their lives being the responsible one and who now need space to focus on themselves, make sense of what they’re experiencing, and move forward with greater confidence.
My specialty is life transitions, relationship dynamics, grief, and career / life direction. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about what comes next. I offer a warm, thoughtful, insight-oriented approach that helps clients better understand patterns, process difficult emotions, strengthen boundaries, and make meaningful life decisions.

Together, we will look at both current challenges and the deeper patterns that may be influencing how you relate, cope, and make decisions, while also focusing on practical next steps for change.
