Groups
Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy
MBCT is an innovative and powerful 8 session psychoeducational group for individuals who have struggled with depression and unhappiness,and who are currently feeling better. Participants will learn how to recognize early symptoms of depression, how to interrupt a depressive cycle, and how to identify skills to promote continued health and well-being.
