Navigating these states of shame, anxiety, or confusion alone can bring more pain and limit access to our authentic selves. Together, we work to address these pains and heal, not to change something about you, rather to nurture back to life our best selves from the broken places.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, and relational trauma. Therapy with me is said to be warm, caring, direct, and powerful. I am oriented towards somatic and attachment interventions in a safe environment. I am a level 3 AEDP therapist and am currently assisting- therapists in training- through the AEDP Institute.
Through connection to a trusted other, we can heal, and peel back the layers that have covered over the deep-self inside, which is the guiding force to living a flourishing and meaningful life. When we are allowed to experience what wants to be known and felt within the safe container of the therapeutic relationship, healing naturally occurs.
