i invite anyone who would like in person counseling to contact me. i believe that is by far the most effective way to facilitate healing and resolution, as most communication is nonverbal. if you are ready to work and need a bridge to work through your current life situation, please know i will use my 70 years of life experience and 45 years of counseling experience to midwife you through the tough times. if you would like to evolve to a higher way of relating to life, people, ever changing circumstances, that would be another path where i would be of great assistance.
my goal is to empower people to be self reliant and still provide a safety net of acceptance and a soft place to land. I am also an RN and believe in exploring the gut brain connection as it can often be a critical component in causes of anxiety, depression, mood swings. My specialties also include relationship counseling of all kinds- marital, divorce, etc.
