Integrating a person centered approach and techniques shown to improve outcomes, I synthesize clinically informed interventions and art therapy to facilitate symbolic communication, insight and healing. Making art about your current life circumstances honors the integrity of who you are and allows you to see your current feeling state. My role is to be a guide in the creative process, providing an avenue for expression and exploration. I will listen in a non-judgmental way, ask questions, provide feedback and collaborate with my clients to cultivate skills and foster the growth of mindfulness, frustration tolerance, creative problem solving and healing from complex trauma.
