My goal is to create a space that feels welcoming and collaborative, allowing reconnection to your strengths, exploring lived experiences, and feeling empowered. The most meaningful parts of this work are when I get to witness the moments when clients begin to view themselves with more compassion and clarity. I have over 10 years of experience supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions.
I work with individuals from preteens to older adults, helping navigate the emotional challenges that show up at different stages of life. I utilize therapeutic interventions including CBT, DBT, emotionally-focused therapy, and a person-centered approach to help you understand what’s been weighing on you and develop goals to fit your unique needs.
