I work with individuals with trauma, anxiety, & depression using EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other modalities tailoring my approach to the unique needs of my client. EMDR is is a short term therapy used to heal trauma such as past childhood trauma, car accidents, injuries, war & for victims of crimes.
As a trauma survivor who has also struggled and worked on myself, I bring compassion, understanding and an unprejudiced approach to my work with clients.
