I have extensive experience and success with adults, children, adolescents and families. My specializations include anxiety management, behavior management, parenting and focus/attention. I also have a lot of experience helping individuals (adults and children) that have autism, attention deficits and social deficits. I have a history of success with school refusal and peer relations. I use talk therapy, cognitive therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, family systems, play therapy, parent-child interactional therapy techniques, expressive therapy and applied behavior analysis in my multi- modality approach to treatment.
I utilize a multi-modality approach to treatment. Through play and talk therapy, I develop a positive rapport with children and help them meet goals to improve areas of their lives. I use group, individual, and family therapy to meet the goals of my patients. With adults and adolescents, I use talk and cognitive behavior therapy techniques to help process.
In addition to in office and telehealth, I also offer in home therapy. I have 15 years of experience utilizing the in home modality and have seen a lot of successes. I genuinely care about each individual and want to help them!

I provide a fun social skills program for children/adolescents.
