In couples therapy, I work with you and your partner to reduce tensions and negative interactions, restore and strengthen what once drew you together, and build or restore the acceptance, trust, unity, and safety you long for or once had. In individual therapy, I work with you to connect with your emotions, needs, and learn how to own and express yourself.
