Joana is a first-generation Portuguese American who works with diverse adults and couples. She is warm and nonjudgmental. Her therapeutic work incorporates Expressive Art Techniques, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, Narrative Therapy & Dialectical Behavior Therapy (mindfulness&distress tolerance). Also offering walk-and-talk therapy!
