I provide individual counseling, serve adults with issues related to depression, anxiety, communication, relationship conflict, parenting, family/marital relationships, cultural adaptation, faith, grief and loss, self-esteem, conflict resolution, anger management, problem gambling, and smoking cessation.
Life is never static, so are my counseling approaches. You will appreciate ‘change through renewal of mind,’ via eclectic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Brief Therapy. I provide Christian counseling when requested. You may also request counseling in English, Mandarin, or Cantonese; so, please feel free to ask.
