Joan draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Her work is rooted in a strengths-based, person-centered philosophy that empowers clients to create lasting change.
