I’ve had many years of experience and have been very successful at helping people feel better, communicate effectively, heal their relationships AND create richer, more satisfying lives! The work I do runs the gamut from therapeutic inner child work to heal early trauma to cognitive behavioral therapy to help alleviate fear and anxiety to empowerment coaching that elevates the individual’s emotional resilience, mental acuity and commitment to profound personal growth and transformation!
There are often differences in the way one person sees things from another. And even though they love each other, they may argue and have falling outs they don’t know how to resolve. They’d like to handle situations more skillfully, to express themselves more effectively, and feel heard and understood. But they don’t know how to get there.

The Women's Empowerment Café (or WE Café) is a warm, nurturing online space for any woman looking for a comfortable place to meet other women, have meaningful conversations, and learn from one another. The WE Cafe is on the 3rd Sunday of each month. All women are welcome regardless of where they come from, who they are, what they practice/who they love.
