I provide counseling to individuals 14 years +, couples, and families who want to improve their connection with self and those they are in relation to. I believe that family systems, our relationships, how we see and what we expect of ourselves and others, are at the core of our "issues". It is our relationship to our "issues" and not the "issue" itself, that causes us difficulties in our every day life. I will work beside you as you uncover your authentic self and realize that your connection with others will be the loving, caring, respectful relationships that we all desire.
We very often need that individual attention of an "outsider" to uncover what is holding us back from living the life we want. My goal working with clients is to give them a unbiased, caring, safe, non-judgmental, arena to move from "issues" to "solution" using different modalities and tools that fit the individuals, couples and/or families.
