I will also teach you how to effectively get what you want from your partner and the relationship. About 50% of my practice is couples, 50% is individual therapy.
Couples Coaching is not covered by insurance. The 2 to 3 hour sessions are to gather an extensive history of both members of the couple, their presenting problems and intensive repair-work. The goal of this work is for deep repair & healing, not only between the couple but past childhood wounding patterns that repeat themselves in intimate relationships.
If you & your partner are willing to confront your part in the relationship dysfunction and desire an authentic, trusting and respectful partnership, then this deep repair work might be for you. ! -3 day weekend retreats for women touched by cancer. Utilizing an integrative medicine approach, researched-based modalities are used to help facilitate the emotional, spiritual and physical well-being of women who have had a history of cancer. These retreats are not meant to substitute traditional cancer treatment, but to enhance the recovery and healing of the whole woman, touched by cancer. Cancer can become the port of entry, an initiation into a woman's expression of her innate power and freedom. Joan has a certification in Wellness & Wellbeing Coaching from the College of Executive Coaching (admitting licensed professionals only).
