I am a trauma informed specialist. I am certified in cognitive behavior therapy and EFT/tapping. If you have been in counseling for awhile but you are not feeling any better or slightly better it is time for a change. Although I am licensed in Pennsylvania, I am NOT licensed in Florida. I do in person counseling & telehealth in PA and consulting throughout the United States. Florida residents are fee for service.
I have been a professional counselor since 1994. I counsel individuals, children, families, and couples. My specialties are Anxiety and Depression, Trauma Recovery, Trichotillomania (hair pulling) and OCD (obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I teach cognitive behavior therapy and the mind body method of Emotional Freedom Techniques, EFT tapping.
