I developed Emotional Pilates - the focus is on helping you build your core emotional strength, balance, flexibility and resilience, including learning how to speak your true experience.
My expertise addresses: anxiety and worry, addictions, disordered eating, depression, self-esteem, relationships, men's/women's issues, gay/lesbian issues. My background includes working as a staff psychologist in college/community settings and teaching in graduate psychology programs. Career focus includes doing or teaching others how to do psychotherapy.
