About
If you are someone who wants to make changes in your life but find you cannot do it alone, you may need a partner to help you achieve your goals. Psychotherapy is a path towards change, towards becoming the person you want to be. If you struggle with life's decisions, depression, anxiety, relationship worries, you may gain insight and personal strength through psychotherapy. When you make the choice for working in psychotherapy, it is a choice toward greater insight and pleasure in your life again. Psychotherapy will give you more personal freedom, more options to reach your goals.
My work is psychodynamic. I can help you understand what influences the choices you make, so that you will be able to make new choices that may bring you closer to the person you want to be and the life you hoped for.
I am a psychologist and psychoanalyst as well as a teacher and trainer of therapists. I bring a deep commitment to each individual's or couple's struggles to understand themselves and change their lives. My hours are flexible and fees are based on individual financial situations.
