I am a cognitive behaviorist and mind body specialist. All sessions are outside at a quiet farm to enable clients the added benefit of being in nature and around animals. I incorporate equine interactions into the treatment process when appropriate and agreed upon. Biofeedback services are also available.
My specialities include treatment for persons challenged with chronic anxiety, PTSD, unresolved trauma related issues, work/life issues, and panic attacks. I work with children as young as 8 yo. through adulthood and seniorhood. I also embrace mental health clinicians seeking a safe place for consultation and/or working on their own personal challenges.
