I am a cognitive behaviorist and mind-body specialist. I also incorporate principles of Theraplay, which is a guided approach to enhance attachment and strengthen parent-child relationships. All sessions take place outdoors at a tranquil farm, allowing clients to experience the additional therapeutic benefits of nature and animals.
