I offer you a safe place to be heard and understood, and most of all, to learn about yourself. When you understand your thoughts, emotions and behavior, you build the confidence to face life's challenges successfully. I work with emerging adults (18-25 year), children (5-11 years) along with their parents and middle and late adulthood (26-65 years). I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral problems and emotional issues.
