I am a licensed clinical social worker, nationally certified psychoanalyst, and board certified dance/movement therapist.
My training in social work, psychoanalysis, and dance/movement therapy, combine to form a holistic mind/body approach. I have a relational, interactive style that focuses on the client's strengths. I also offer EMDR, which is useful for treating trauma, anxiety, and other concerns.
I believe the therapeutic alliance is the foundation of the healing process. I work with individuals and couples creating a safe environment where one can express feelings, and feel seen, heard and understood. Although I bring my expertise to the process, therapy is a co-creation between client and therapist.
