I think the better question for everyone is "Why would we ever think talking about SEX would be easy? Many of us are taught that sex is something to be ashamed about...Messages from family, peers, religion or culture...discovering a set of rules you must follow or else...I take the awkwardness out of talking about sex and pleasure and help you do the same!

This group will discuss the impact of aging on sexual functioning and satisfaction.
