Life's stressors can sometimes induce emotional tension, physical problems and other related symptoms. This impairs our ability to function at our full potential . The purpose of psychotherapy is to provide a comfortable, safe setting where issues are clearly assessed and a plan for resolution established. As a seasoned clinician, I provide the best opportunity for successfully accomplishing this endeavor. In my established private practice as a psychotherapist, teacher and supervisor, I bring extensive experience and expertise to my clients.
In a judgement free setting, the client is encouraged to talk openly with the sole purpose of understanding the presenting problems. When remembered, dreams can be presented for additional insight. Establishing clear therapeutic goals and mutual understanding enables the process to unfold toward successful psychotherapy.
I provide treatment in Individual, Couple, Family and Group modalities as indicated by the presenting problem and the comfort level of the client. Ultimately, the goal is the resolution of the obstacles that bind so that we are enabled to lead our lives to our full potential.
