I have been a trained therapist in EMDR since 1996. I completed additional training in EMDR therapy and in 2005 I earned the title of "Certified Therapist in Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)." I utilize an integrative approach of profound and effective techniques, incorporating Traditional (Cognitive-Behavioral) and Holistic mind-body and somatic therapies.
