With years of experience, I provide a caring and nonjudgmental environment that allows clients to comfortably work through their goals and problems. Using a cognitive behavioral approach, as well as childhood work where appropriate, I guide clients through their process of self-discovery, healing, goal setting, and making changes. I emphasize encouraging each person to build a solid sense of self and a sustaining self-esteem, especially in these complex and difficult times. I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar, and marital and relationship problems. Job stress is another regular focus of my practice. I work with individuals and couples, ages 18-64.
I have years of experience working in psychiatric settings. If clients need medication, I can guide them through the process of finding appropriate psychiatric help.
