My approach is compassionate, practical, and individualized. I work with people experiencing anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and personal growth challenges. Depending on your needs and goals, I may incorporate mindfulness, cognitive behavioral strategies, resilience skills, and trauma-focused approaches.
I bring more than 30 years of experience as a registered nurse to my therapy practice. This has influenced the way I see people and the healing process. I believe in caring for the whole person and recognize the important connection between our emotional, physical, and relational well-being.
