By helping you overcome grief, conflicts, trauma, and anxiety, you can successfully achieve some of your deepest desires and feel fulfilled. Healing and happiness often come after identifying, accepting, and learning how to realize those desires and needs.
My work with individuals and couples is based on healing the common developmental and attachment issues you experience and teaching you skills to work through the challenges of life and relationships. I am an advanced integrative therapist with extensive experience who delights in empowering my clients achieve success, joy, intimacy, and fulfillment.
As a physician with extensive knowledge and experience, I work gently and rapidly. Individuals and couples who come with conflicts, anxiety, grief, infidelity, or trauma often can experience a shift within the first couple of sessions. I also offer intensive programs and retreats for couples and groups interested in doing deeper work over a week or weekend.

All couples run into conflicts. When conflicts lead to adversity rather than reconnection, healthy couples choose to learn to repair and improve their intimacy and build trust. In this three-hour online workshop, I will share basic skills to support a healthy, and intimate relationship. Couples who come to this workshop learn tools that foster healthy loving communications, emotional intimacy, and conflict resolution without power struggles. You will learn basic rules of clear, authentic communication through proven exercises and practices that support your autonomy and relationship. Fee is $175 per couple.
