I specialize in treating various forms of trauma and behavior change. My unique training in behavior analysis, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) has provided me with a diverse toolkit to provide a person-specific tailored approach to clients. Integrating these approaches, I can offer a personalized treatment plan that considers unique circumstances, needs, and goals.

My path to becoming a counselor was influenced by my experiences navigating challenging life circumstances.
