I am Jo Raphael, LCSW, ACSW, BCD, and during the COVID-19 pandemic I am working virtually only using secure on line platforms. At the current time I am working with older adolescents and adults providing assessment, consultation, and treatment with a warm, empathic and supportive demeanor. My professional experience spans over 40 years and I have a passion for helping others. Together we will find ways to help you to understand, look at, cope with and tweak your current situation.
Each person is an individual with their own strengths and weaknesses. I connect with my clients using all the tools in my toolbox collected over the years. Clients develop their own toolbox designed to help them help themselves. This is done using a whatever is right for you: relationship based-DIR/Floortime, CBT, Mindfulness and Positive Psychology.
