The client demographic I work with is made up of children and adults who may be dealing with behavioral issues, school issues, family issues, and/or daily life stressors.
The therapeutic techniques used are derived from cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and person centered therapy approaches.
The therapeutic relationship is important as it provides a safe space for each client to build trust and comfortably share their life experiences. I provide a safe space for them to be open, honest, and experience growth.
