My experience has focused on anxiety, depression, and psychosis. This has looked like working through relationship issues, having trouble getting up in the mornings, staying focused, and worrying about too many things until you can't do anything. I also focus on working with psychosis and those who have recently been released from a hospital or generally need support with their diagnosis. I enjoy helping people figure out what it means for them and how to live their best life. I also assume that you are the expert in your own life, and I am just your coach.
I practice forms of behavioral therapy. That means we will write your goals together and then focus on where you want to see change. Treatment is always in your hands and we focus on what's most important to you. It does also involve weekly "homework" where we break your goals into bite size pieces to ensure you're making progress every week.
