Do you have a struggle no one else seems to understand? Do you feel overwhelmed with obstacles/problems stacking in your life? I have provided mental health service to OK residents for 25 years helping others talk through their problems and put real change in their life during their most stressful of times. Helping others heal, repair, and rediscover their greatness is my passion, providing you with a safe and trusting place to be heard and sort through the obstacles. I use a Holistic-Mind/Body/Soul approach with Somatics and Whole Wellness paired with Neurobiology and Alternative and Complementary Healing Methods.
We will put real life simple steps in place to gain control of life and avoid feeling overwhelmed at a new set of skills. I move at the client's pace and we make progress at the client's pace with small pushes for the front lines and end up making major gains.
I know asking for help is hard. It is a vulnerable and pivotal point. I will promise to guide you and help you along your purposeful path and give you a safe place to work out problems and issues you face that seem too much.
