We can use the time & space in therapy as you would like to, whether you’re hoping to change, learn skills & tools, gain a clearer understanding of yourself, or practice relating, communicating, & expressing yourself in new ways. We will collaborate, remain flexible & creative, and support you in ways that feel safe, comfortable & effective for you.
I'm committed to providing neurodiversity-affirming & trauma-informed care, and continuing to work on my own cultural humility. I'm happy to acknowledge when I don't get it right, & I empower clients to advocate for themselves in our work. My own identities & lived experiences can sometimes be helpful (e.g., nonbinary, AuDHD), but they are not centered.
Having looked for therapists many times myself, I know how difficult & uncomfortable this process can feel.
