I help people achieve well being. My first specialty work began in addiction and trauma. I worked many years in a treatment facility in addiction. Now in private practice I help in recovery work, identifying how addiction was a symptom of coping with emotions and life. There are other solutions.
I specialize working with couples who are stuck or in gridlock. I share insights on understanding the emotional logic in communication, challenging ineffective communication styles and providing practical wisdom. Couples can recover from infidelities, which are behavioral symptoms of disconnection. Learn to work on your partnership and develop lasting bonds.
