Welcome to my practice! I was an ICU and ER nurse for many years before becoming a psychologist, and this experience gave me a unique understanding of the important role that healthy emotional functioning plays in our physical well-being and relationships. I specialize in the treatment of adults struggling with anxiety, heightened stress, grief, and interpersonal conflicts/crises. If attempts to resolve a personal problem have been unsuccessful or if conflicts in your relationship are ongoing, I seek to provide the personal support, insight and guidance needed to find a positive resolution, and the skills needed to live a healthier, more satisfying life.
