I am passionate about helping people relate more authentically to their bodies and the people around them. I specialize in clients pursuing sex therapy, relationship therapy, and struggling with chronic illness. My work focuses on helping you developing a deeper knowledge of, understanding of, and relationship with your Self, and cultivating a sense of empathy and care for parts of you that you may find frustrating, difficult, shameful, or impossible to overcome. I am knowledgeable, supportive of, and love working with individuals in the polyamory and kink communities.
I offer a calm, non-judgmental, collaborative space for you to explore yourself, your patterns, and your relationships. I meet clients with warmth and compassion right where they are and hold space for the change they want to create. I love incorporating humor into session when it makes sense.

Polyamory/ENM Support Group
Ongoing open support group providing a private, confidential, supportive space for individuals to explore issues pertaining to pursuing, exploring, and practicing ethical non-monogamy/polyamory. Bi-weekly on Mondays from 6-7:30pm, facilitated by a therapist in the queer, kink, and ENM communities.
