I help couples examine and understand their unconscious patterns in relationships in order to develop empathy and understanding for themselves and each other, and disrupt unhelpful patterns to heal old wounds and promote long-term relationship health.
My approach is psychoanalytic/psychodynamic-based and sex therapy informed. I work with and am knowledgeable about non-monogamous relationships and LGBTQIA+ relationships.
I offer a calm, non-judgmental, collaborative space for you to explore yourself, your patterns, and your relationships. I meet clients with warmth and compassion right where they are and hold space for the change they want to create. I love incorporating humor into session when it makes sense.
I am deeply grateful for each opportunity I get to partner with clients in their journey toward hope, healing, and relationships characterized by kindness, empathy, listening, and understanding. Groups
Polyamory/ENM Support Group
Ongoing open support group providing a private, confidential, supportive space for individuals to explore issues pertaining to pursuing, exploring, and practicing ethical non-monogamy/polyamory. Bi-weekly on Mondays from 6-7:30pm, facilitated by a therapist in the queer, kink, and ENM communities.
