I use an eclectic, integrative, approach that includes Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Clinical Hypnosis for pain management, performance enhancement and memory retention among other treatments to find what restores joy and peace to you!
My goal is to provide a supportive, caring space to work on your symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, post-partem depression, grief or any other diagnosis that is impacting your daily life.
