I assist clients in developing effective strategies for managing stress, anxiety, internal conflict, and interpersonal tensions.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Relational Life Therapy (RLT) as well as Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
